How does the GPS time clock work?
You set a boundary around each jobsite. JobSnap records the location of every clock in and clock out, checks it against your jobsite boundaries, and links the shift to the right job. Crew members can also be clocked in and out automatically when they arrive at or leave a site.
What is an active employee?
An active employee is someone who can track time. You can set an employee to inactive at any time. If your business is seasonal, pause employees until work picks up and you won't be billed for them.
Can a foreman clock in the whole crew?
Yes. Foremen and supervisors can clock in a whole crew at once, and workers can also track their own time from their phone.
Does JobSnap work with QuickBooks?
Yes. JobSnap connects to QuickBooks Online to sync customers, employees, estimates, invoices and timesheet hours, so nothing is entered twice.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. JobSnap runs on iPhone, iPad and Android, and in any web browser for the office.
