Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JobSnap website, web application, and mobile application (together, the “JobSnap Platform”), provided by Arvio Inc. (“Arvio”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the JobSnap Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are subscribing on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1. The service

JobSnap is a software-as-a-service product that helps construction businesses manage employee time tracking, timesheets, scheduling, equipment, and related records. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time to improve the service.

2. Free trial

New companies may try JobSnap free for 30 days. No credit card is required to start a trial. When the trial ends, access to paid features is suspended unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Trial accounts and their data may be deleted 90 days after the end of the trial if no subscription is purchased, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at $5 per active employee per month, with a $20 monthly minimum, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• An “active” employee is one who is able to track time. You can deactivate or pause employees at any time, and you are only billed for active users.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. You must provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date.
• You may cancel at any time; there is no long-term commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and amounts already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your company account, for keeping credentials secure, and for ensuring the users you invite comply with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the JobSnap Platform — including attempting to access it by unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, reselling it without our consent, or using it to store or transmit unlawful material.

5. Your data

As between you and Arvio, you own the data your company and its employees submit to the JobSnap Platform. You grant Arvio the rights needed to host, process, and display that data in order to provide the service. Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your employees for the collection of time and location data through the JobSnap Platform.

6. Intellectual property

Arvio owns all right, title, and interest in the JobSnap Platform, including its software, design, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the JobSnap Platform other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms while your subscription is active.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The JobSnap Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. GPS and location data depend on device hardware, operating system permissions, and network conditions, and may not always be available or accurate. JobSnap is a record-keeping tool; you remain responsible for compliance with the employment, payroll, and record-keeping laws that apply to your business.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Arvio’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the JobSnap Platform in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or material breach of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice — for example by email or a notice in the app. Continued use of the JobSnap Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Arvio Inc. is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
